All gifts purchased after 11/01/2022 may be exchanged or returned for store credit until 01/08/2022 with original receipt. No cash, check, or credit card refunds will be given. All items returned must have been purchased from Monkee's of Ocean City. Returned items must be unworn with price tags intact. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders, trunk show items, and DISCOUNTED or SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

IN-STORE Returns Policy

Because you were able to touch, feel, and try on for fit and size, shoes and clothing may be exchanged or returned for store credit within seven (7) business days of purchase with original receipt. ONLINE Returns Policy

We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will happily accept returns postmarked within 10 days of purchase on unworn, new products with tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated as a promotion. Refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders, and DISCOUNTED or SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit. Shoes must be returned in their original box and the box must be in good condition.

As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.​
